Business Development Assistant (Contract)

THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who would like to gain experience in Business Development and digital markets. You will be a crucial part of the company’s further improvement and development while working closely with the Moneymax commercial team and eKos team. This opportunity will allow you to provide insights and reports for the internal stakeholders and the business partners who work closely with the biggest Financial Institutions in the Philippines

YOUR TASK

Produce accurate financial analyses and other reports to support the commercial team
Contribute to the preparation and presentation of the company’s short and long-term financial planning process
Assist with ad-hoc account management projects/analysis for management-level initiatives
Coordinate with the internal cross functional team (e.g. marketing, operations, customer service) on campaign execution and support
Relay client feedback to the wider team, including to help improve the Moneymax platform, drive data optimization initiatives etc.
Deliver data support by accessing and working with multiple sets of data from multiple sources
Maintain reporting and analysis of key performance indicators and operating metrics
Support the Moneymax commercial team to strengthen the relationships with the Philippines’ leading financial institutions.

Ensure consistency and accuracy in handling financial institutions’ requests.
Provide dedicated client care through thorough follow up with product information changes, invoice amendments, product inquiries, and contract clauses explanations, etc.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Able to commit to at least a 3-month contract, full time arrangements are preferred but part time arrangements are available
A keen interest in personal finance topics and budgeting hacks
Highly organized, has attention to detail, and able to multi-task
Intermediate skills in Excel
Good data and mathematical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.
