The Role

We are hiring an experienced Head of SEO to help us increase the visibility and organic traffic of our websites across Hyphen Group. This senior leadership role is also responsible for the financial performance of the organic traffic sales channel. 

You will be in charge of leading a team of SEO specialists across South East Asia, and overseeing both on-site and off-site SEO optimization.

As a Head of SEO, your tasks include performing keyword research, setting performance targets, devising SEO strategies and content marketing campaigns, analyzing the results of past and ongoing SEO strategies and identifying potential areas of improvement. 

You will guide your team (and set standards in place) that will also make sure that all content we produce is SEO optimized, and that all SEO activities are executed in a timely manner within the allocated budget. 

You will report to our Group Head of Marketing, and work with content, product and commercial teams to implement SEO and marketing strategies that meet our company’s objectives.

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

Your responsibilities 

  • Supervise a team of SEO specialists and oversee the implementation of on-site and off-site SEO strategies
  • Conduct market and keyword research to develop content plans
  • Set SEO performance goals and measure them using KPIs, such as organic traffic, search rankings, search engine visibility, and click-through rate 
  • Devise Search Engine Marketing strategies and ensure they are executed within deadlines and don’t exceed our budget
  • Optimize web content, paid search ads, and landing pages using data collected from SEO analysis and research
  • Monitor and analyze ongoing SEO campaigns to identify problem areas and suggest ways for improvement 
  • Review and optimize old content according to SEO best practices
  • Educate the organization on SEO trends and practices

Your qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience working as a Head of SEO or a similar role
  • Knowledge of the best on-site and off-site SEO practices
  • Experience using the most popular website crawlers (ScreamingFrog, DeepCrawl, and Moz), SEO analysis tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, and SEOptimer), and web analytics software (WebTrends, UserTesting, and Google Analytics)
  • Strong leadership and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, organized
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
