Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and data passionate business analyst who will assist with current campaigns, analyse data, and make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. You will work closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Product teams to track business performance and clearly communicate recommendations or necessary actions to maximize results and optimize investment.

YOUR TASK

  • Deliver data support by accessing and working with large data from multiple sources, and partnering it with the business to identify strategic opportunities and deliver results
  • Generate comprehensive reports and insights on business performance
  • Produce dashboards and reports for the Marketing team to assist them on campaign performance management and content optimization
  • Manage and track campaign performances including conducting all analysis and post-campaign reporting
  • Documenting statistical findings with appropriate visualizations and providing technical findings
  • Providing expanded analytics reporting to enable exploration and analysis of data to discover and identify new, meaningful information and trends that enable analysis
  • Providing information and analysis to relevant internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Plays a strategic role where they are tasked with formulating new and creative ideas for leveraging the business' vast collection of data in the databases
  • Manage and monitor development of tools aimed to address and support the needs of teams
  • Manage systems, data warehouse and data management as well as data extraction
  • Design / implement performance monitoring tools and put in place systems to drive performance excellence
  • Provides support in generating reports and data analysis for respective business analytics manager
  • Works closely with Business Analytics Manager in developing new and improved analytics systems, all the way from prototyping to production
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects related to business analysis

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering (Computer/Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Google Apps Script, Data Visualization (Google Data Studio/PowerBI/Metabase), SQL, Excel VBA Macro, Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, etc.),
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in data management and analytics
  • Strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Prior internship experience in marketing, analytics and insights will be a plus

YOUR PROFILE

  • Self-motivated individual who loves challenges and problem solving
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts
  • Keen attention to details, rigorous and precise concerning the data analysis and reporting
  • Good knowledge of Excel and data sets
  • Experience using data analysis tools, including Python, Metabase, Postman, JIRA, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Social Media listening tools is a plus
