Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with Hong Kong’s largest banks, finance institutions.

YOUR TASK

  • Build and manage relationships with Hong Kong’s largest and leading financial institutions
  • Coordinate internal team on campaign execution and support
  • Execute day-to-day business operations tasks
  • Liaise with back office teams on ad-hoc tasks
  • Working closely with external and internal stakeholders on updating financial product information
  • Prepare and verify documentation e.g. agreements, contracts

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

    • Tertiary qualification
    • High attention to detail, critical and great focus
    • Structured mindset, able to prioritize and execute tasks, and streamline processes
    • Driven, focused personality with experience in marketing agency or internal digital business sector with client facing role or with client facing experiences is preferred
    • Financial industry knowledge or exposure in HK is preferential.
    • Embrace change and flexible environments. You don’t accept the status quo and are comfortable driving change
    • Strong interpersonal and social skills
    • You have strong problem solving and analytical skills with great execution skills
  • Have written and oral fluency in English and Cantonese / Chinese. Able to read and understand Traditional Chinese.

Examples of the Role duties

  • Product content ticket update and management 
    • Make sure the FI providers product update request are raised into Money hero monday.com
    • Timely monitor the progress of the product update requests both internal and external. 
    • Manage the FI providers to provide every monthly update of the product information.

 

  • Marketing promotion materials communication 
    • Delivery of the marketing materials produced by MoneyHero marketing team to FI providers. 
    • Make sure both external and internal parties meet the deadlines and ability to push and escalate.
    • Understand the needs, requirements or feedback from FI providers based on the marketing materials and communicate back to the MoneyHero marketing team.
    • Timely check with the FI providers on the materials confirmation to meet the promotion launching period. 
  • Contract preparation.
    • Prepare the contract draft based on BD / Sales confirming the agreement terms and pricing. 
    • Working closely with MoneyHero legal team to align and understand the legal requirements in the contract. 
    • Documentation and management of contract signing progress with FI providers.
