Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change and Systems Implementation Program Director to lead and manage complex system implementation projects for our fast-paced and rapidly growing company. Responsibilities:

  1. Have a deep understanding of our business model and organization developed through initial onboarding and interviews.
  2. Stakeholder management of all those responsible for using the systems once completed.
  3. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for system implementation and organizational change, including timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and contingencies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, product, marketing, sales, HR, operations, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth and successful implementation of new platforms and processes.
  5. Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes, addressing any barriers to change, and ensuring that employees are well-prepared to use new tools and workflows.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to support employees in transitioning to new platforms and processes.
  7. Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may impact project success.
  8. Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented systems and processes, gathering feedback from employees and stakeholders to make data-driven improvements as needed.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into project planning and execution.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  2. Strong preference for specific Martech experience, with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex system implementation projects, preferably within the fintech industry.   Ideally this candidate is exposed to CDP, Marketing Automation, Content Creation, and high volume websites with business driven by paid and unpaid traffic, comparison, and incentivization of users.
  3. Proven track record of leading successful organizational change initiatives, with a focus on change management, employee engagement, and training.
  4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
  7. Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment.
