Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

YOUR TASK

Campaign Strategy and Management

  • Work closely with the Group Head of Marketing to understand overall business objectives and monitor output and deliverables across campaigns
  • Support Group Head of Marketing in campaign planning, including but not limited to generating ROI forecasts and budgeting
  • Act as liaison between Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams in managing campaign end to end
  • Monitor paid media performance, including but not limited to Facebook and Google ads
  • Regularly propose optimization and techniques for paid and unpaid channels to improve KPIs
  • Identify campaign trends, insights, and target segments 
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create campaign landing pages and creatives
  • Perform user journey and performance analysis according to business needs with cross data sources between Google Analytics, Email & CRM database, etc. 
  • Work with different internal stakeholders across various analytics projects including customer lifetime value calculation, attribution analysis, etc.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for various activities, including, website/paid media performance, personalization findings, new campaign performance, etc.
  • Evaluate new channels to explore
  • Collaborate with and support Service Desk Analysts on campaign related follow ups and client concerns, as needed 
  • Support integrated campaigns, as needed
  • Vendor sourcing and management, as needed

Partnership Management

  • Act as liaison between external partners and internal teams
  • Create proposals for potential partners
  • Monitor performance, propose optimization techniques, and monitor deliverable timelines of partnerships
  • Generate weekly reports for partners

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in analytical / marketing field
  • Minimum 5 years working experience with Google Analytics. Comfortable in measuring, manipulating, and analyzing data
  • Working experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience in using data visualization tools (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau, Metabase etc.) would be a bonus
  • Experience with tagging implementation via Google Tag Manager would be a bonus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides
  • High sense of urgency and best in class work ethics
  • Good in connecting, managing and leading people
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects
  • An independent individual who is comfortable in a matrix organization and in a start-up role
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude when it comes to new projects; looking for an individual who is excited about thinking of new solutions to improve processes and solve problems
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media measurement
  • Fluent in English and Malay (written and spoken)
